Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • PYNK Salt Himalayan seasoning and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine per package instructions; drain.
  2. Season Shrimp: Toss shrimp with PYNK Salt and black pepper to taste.
