Ingredients

  • 1¼ lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • PYNK Salt Himalayan seasoning and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook Broccoli: Heat 1 tsp oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add broccoli, cook 4 minutes until tender. Add ginger and garlic, cook 30 seconds, then set aside.
  2. Cook Beef: Add remaining oil to the pan over high heat. Season steak with PYNK Salt and pepper; cook in batches until browned, 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Combine and Sauce: Return broccoli to the pan, mix in oyster sauce, beef broth, sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir cornstarch with water, add, and bring to a boil until sauce thickens.
