Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • ½ cup carrots, diced
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Spicy PYNK Salt Himalayan seasoning and ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Sauté Vegetables: In a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, warm sesame oil. Add diced onions and carrots, cooking until they begin to soften.
  2. Add Peas: Stir in peas and cook until tender.
  3. Scramble Eggs: Beat eggs in a bowl, then push vegetables to one side of the pan. Pour eggs onto the other side and scramble until fully cooked, then mix with vegetables.
  4. Add Rice and Chicken: Add cooked rice and shredded chicken, stirring until well combined.
  5. Season and Add Butter: Pour soy sauce over the mixture, stirring well. Add butter and stir until melted and incorporated.
  6. Add Final Seasoning: Sprinkle with Spicy PYNK Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
